Equestrian Center Worker

This is a part time career about working in Equestrian center. This is not a typical rancher work, nor the equestrian club activity. The purpose for this career was to make a simple job focused entirely on taking care of horses. There are already custom careers that cover ranch work or horse competitions. I needed something else and here it is.
It's for all ages, starting from teens. It has 2 shifts, morning and evening, so here's some flexibility ;)
It is a semi-active job. It was important for me, because I plan to send my Sim to a horse ranch and work from there ;)
It has 5 levels:
Stable Hand
Horse Caretaker
Assistant Trainer
Junior Riding Instructor
Riding Instructor
Assignments are adjusted to the level of career. At the beginning a Sim will only have tasks such as cleaning, refilling feeders, maybe some friendly interactions with horses. Then more work with horses start. Eventually the tasks include also practicing jumps with horses or practice with barrels, giving tips about riding a horse etc. Still, the last level of this career - riding instructor - is nothing professional, so no preparations for competitions. I wanted this to be a simple job, just giving the potential for development.
Since there are some nice careers that cover being a member of equestrian club or working as a rancher, I don't plan for now to make my own. Maybe in the future, if I have some original idea for it, or if there is any specific demand.

This mod requires XML injector mod installed.
It should not conflict with other mods, it doesn't override any in-game files.
