With this mod if you apply for a certain scholarship and you don't get it, you can reapply for it! Unlimited times. Known issue:  I didn't figure out how to remove the old Rejected status. So once your application gets finally approved, when checking scholarship status you'll see this scholarship under Approved and under Rejected category.
