The film is directed by Pankaj Kapoor. The movie is about two good friends—an army officer and a lawyer—who together spend their life in Delhi. They have a lot of amusing adventures and sometimes get into fights with each other. Contents Plot Rajesh Khanna (Anupam Kher) is an army officer and is serving in the Indian army. He lives in a flat with his friend Prem Shankar (Paresh Rawal) and his wife Anita. They often enjoy each other's company and try to have a jolly time with their friends, with both of them always drunk. One day Rajesh and Prem decide to visit Rajesh's old college friend Mr. Dave (Ranvir Shorey), a lawyer. They are surprised to meet Dave's young and pretty wife Pamela (Rakhi Sawant) as well as Dave's daughter Pooja. Unfortunately, Dave has been suspended from the practice of law. Mr. Dave is in a big mess. They have also to deal with Mr. Rana (Mahabanoo Mody Kotwal), Dave's colleague, who has been hired by Dave's former clients in the property case which Dave has been suspended from. The two friends and Dave are spending a lot of time together and it's getting to be boring. One day, Anita leaves the house to have a picnic with her relatives, but it is dark when she returns. Instead of opening the door, she faints. She is brought to a hospital, where she is diagnosed with pregnancy. One day, they go to the All India Public Prosecutor's Conference. Dave shows his new secretary, Pooja, to Rajesh. He quickly takes a liking for Pooja. The following day, Dave is really shocked to find that his secretary is pregnant and has given birth to a baby boy. His colleagues criticize him for having a baby out of wedlock. Dave wants to take the child away from Pooja, but the baby keeps crying. Rajesh takes care of the baby and takes it for some time.
