I am happy to present the Career Day Overhaul Mod, which adds to the exisiting event:

3 additional stands (don't forget to place them on the lot for the job representatives!)
15 additional careers are added to the pool (now there are 24 careers in all):
1st additional stand: Tech Guru, Civil Designer, Engineer, Scientist, Conservationist;
2nd additional stand: Writer, Law, Education, Activist;
3rd additional stand: Painter, Gardener, Social Media, Entertainment, Critic, Style Influencer
3 new interactions to each Job Representative: Ask About Possible Salary / Ask About Helpful Skills /Ask About Suitable Studies - always with answer

Now when Sim asks for Details about career - they will get answer as well, there will be name of the company hiring and career description.
Reactions to job details should happen now more often
3 new interactions to the Teacher (always available, not only during the event):
Ask About Possible Scholarships - gives general information about the scholarships (available only if you have Discover University EP)
Ask About Scholarships Chances - gives specific advices for the given Sim (available only if you have Discover University EP)
Ask For Career Advice
Career Stand interactions:
Take a Free Pencil - but don't take too much, cause a teacher will not like it! ;)
Take a University Leaflet - once you have a leaflet you can also read it (available only if you have Discover University EP)

I think this is all I added within this mod. Of course, there is also a Career Aptitude Test, but I decided to release it separately, because it doesn't require High School Years pack (in contrast to this mod).

There is still 1 thing I wanted to add and I failed - I wanted to prolong the time of the event. Unfortunately, the duration is directly tied to school duration itself. Since school ends at 3 pm., the event also ends at that time. I started to create a custom Career Day, using all the features from this event, but the Career Day mechanism is so complicated it will be a lot of work on my end, so for now I release the mod without it, and maybe at some point I'll succeed with this event.
